This policy explains what personal information West Bali Real Estate ("we", "us") collects when you use westbalirealestate.agency, contact us or respond to our ads, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
West Bali Real Estate is a real estate agency based at Jl. Raya Denpasar–Gilimanuk, Medewi, Pekutatan, Jembrana, Bali, Indonesia. For any privacy question, email contact@westbalirealestate.agency.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and anything you tell us about your plans, such as budget, timeline, preferred area or the type of property you are looking for. This happens when you fill in a form on our website, request our buyer's guide, answer one of our ads (for example a Facebook or Instagram lead form), message us on WhatsApp or email us.
- Information collected automatically: when you visit the website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived on the site. This is done with cookies and similar tools (see below).
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the information or guide you asked for.
- To send you follow-up messages about land and property in West Bali, such as new listings and area updates. You can stop these at any time.
- To arrange calls, office meetings and site visits.
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies for basic functions and caching, for analytics (such as Google Analytics) and for advertising (such as the Meta Pixel, used for Facebook and Instagram ads). These help us see which pages and ads work, and show relevant ads to past visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when needed to provide our service:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email service, WhatsApp, Google Workspace (for our records) and Meta and Google (for advertising and analytics). They may store data outside Indonesia.
- Parties involved in a transaction you choose to pursue, such as a landowner, notary (PPAT) or legal adviser, and only with your agreement.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact records for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law, for example for completed transactions.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing messages. Email contact@westbalirealestate.agency or reply "STOP" to any of our WhatsApp messages. Depending on where you live, for example Indonesia (Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection), Australia or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
