The guides, articles and price information on this website are general information only. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Listings
- We take care to keep listings accurate, but sizes, prices, zoning, access, utilities and availability are provided in good faith, can change at any time and must be confirmed before any commitment.
- Photos, drone images and boundary lines are for illustration. The official land certificate and survey prevail.
- A listing is not an offer or a contract. No agreement exists until a written agreement, such as a PPJB, lease or deed (AJB), has been signed by the parties, in front of a notary where required.
- Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise and do not include taxes, notary fees or other transaction costs unless stated.
Our role
West Bali Real Estate acts as an agent and adviser. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we are not the owner of the listed properties. Our fees and the terms of any engagement are agreed separately in writing.
